Akrapovic high-end Evolution system has a conical, titanium header that is attached to a conical titanium link pipe. The link pipe is welded to the muffler. The muffler's core is made of stainless steel, while its outlet cap and outer sleeve are made of titanium. The system is attached to the quad using a pair of beefy carbon fiber clamps. All Evo ATV systems come to America with removable, approved spark arresters.
